After this ”bumper-full “ day of taking in all the splendour this part of Cape Town has to offer . . . you would have to agree that it is one of the most beautiful parts of the world!
Leave the City and drive along the rugged coastline of the Atlantic Seaboard to Hout Bay where you can enjoy a short boat ride to Seal Island.** Take the scenic route along Chapman’s Peak (when open) to the Cape Point Nature Reserve. At Cape Point, the tip of the Peninsula, walk or take the funicular** to the lighthouse at the top. Drive down to the Cape of Good Hope, the most south-westerly point of the African continent. The Two Oceans Restaurant perched on the cliffs, makes an ideal lunch-stop.
Enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea at the beautiful, picturesque Noordhoek Farm Village and browse the many unique shops in this quaint little village. If you like, take the opportunity to visit Full Cycle, a local environmental project that collects all the organic kitchen waste from the cafes and restaurants at the Noordhoek Farm Village which they process at their farm in the garden.
Depart at 08h30 and return approx 17h00 (includes entrance fees; exclude lunch &and tea; Seal Island boat trip and funicular are optional extras **)
