GreenCab MD, Amiene van der Merwe, was one of the invited speakers at this prestigious annual event.
Under the topic: “Conservation as a driver of tourism”, she was asked to highlight how women can be in the driving seat of hosting responsible events. This as transport is quite literally where the rubber hits the road in terms of event-greening as upwards of 80% of all carbon emissions associated with events are transport-related.
