(1) All amendments & cancellations shall only be valid if received by GreenCab in writing.
(2) The provisional booking will only be confirmed once proof of payment has been received.
(3) Once proof of payment is received, a Transfer Voucher will be issued electronically.
(4) A printed copy of the Transfer Voucher has to be produced for the driver to secure a seat on the shuttle.
(5) Transportation is in air-conditioned luxury Sedans, Minivans, Quantums or Sprinters appropriate to the requirements of a transfer based on the number of passengers.
(6) GreenCab and its suppliers reserves the right to sub-contract in an emergency, and when this right is exercised the substitute vehicle will, as far as circumstances permit, compare equally with GreenCab vehicles.
(7) Smoking is not permitted on board our GreenCab vehicles, comfort stops will be made on route.
(8) GreenCab holds passenger liability insurance of between 30-100 Million Rand per vehicle and public liability insurance of 20 Million Rand.
